Spring has sprung once again!

Join Marissa of Ninna Lu as we will begin this make & take experience with a ten minute Reiki group session with Daisy Chen, an animal communicator and 5D Reiki Master of Animal Mystic Daisy Chen.  

 

While you wait to screen-print a tree of life or lotus flower spiritual design, Sammi Capozzi will be simultaneously facilitating a virtual intuitive coloring activity mixed with Reiki along with a guided meditation via Zoom.  

 

For the Screen-Print Spiritual Art make & take experience you will:

 

Be standing while painting. 

Choose from 4-5 different paint colors.

Choose between the tree of life or lotus flower or BOTH.

Choose between a wood or canvas surface.

What is Reiki?

 

   Reiki is a form of energy healing that is gentle and powerful at the same time. A healing session uses positive energy called ki  (pronounced key) that is similar to the Chinese energy called chi.  Ki helps raise your vibration and correct any energetic defects or depletion. In addition, Reiki has its own intelligence and is attracted to specific areas of the body or energy layer it thinks needs the most healing.  The benefits of Reiki are many but mainly, Reiki reduces stress, instills relaxation and activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. This magnificent healing modality can also bring the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical components into balance and harmony. Reiki enhances the state of well-being and outlook on life. Ultimately, receiving Reiki leads to feeling happy, healthy and whole.

A Night of New Beginnings | A Unique Make & Take Experience

   We started off an amazing evening with a brief overview of The New Moon In Aquarius, with the Aquarius season being from January 20 to February 18. The new moon as we all know brings in new beginnings and what a great way to start off the new year by learning and experiencing something new. In this case, guests signed up to make and take a crescent moon crystal dreamcatcher. We also went around the room by introducing ourselves and verbally sharing our individual sign's New Moon In Aquarius affirmation as an ice breaker. And my favorite part of this event was not only the creating and designing your very own crystal dreamcatcher, but we also incorporated sound healing, a brief discussion on the history of dreamcatchers, as well as a resounding guided meditation.

Ninna Lu | First Make & Take Workshop of 2023

 

Happy New Year All!

Join me at Heart Craft Studio for my first workshop of 2023.

Join me on a Sunday evening, January 29th at 5:30pm to celebrate the upcoming New Moon of Aquarius and simultaneously align with your own root chakra.

We will begin the evening with a guided meditation, briefly discuss the history of dreamcatchers, and we will begin the make and take.

Create and design your very own ten inch crescent moon crystal dreamcatcher.

All materials for $44 are included:

Crescent moon, limited cords and fabric, and a pre-wire wrapped crystal of choice.

Once you are finished with your crystal wreath, you may

join us for a restorative yoga session that begins at 7pm (an additional fee applies).

Ninna Lu | ABC Toolkit 2022 Collab Events

 

  Looking back through the year of 2022, a few of us gathered our minds and put together a virtual event that addresses a specific energy point or chakra. Three areas of focus were the root chakra, the solar plexus and the heart. These wellness practices are shared by each speaker to inform the audience of economic and effective ways to find alignment with an area of struggle as part of their self-healing toolkit. The first of it's kind is the ABC Toolkit to Financial Bliss which focused on the root chakra. 

 

There was so much interest with this above event that we decided to continue the collaboration especially during these trying times of inflation. 

 

With the exact same speaker line up, we got together in September of 2022 to focus on the solar plexus chakra and created the ABC Toolkit to Self-Empowerment.

 

 

And lastly, with the holidays coming up, what a better time than now to give yourself some self-love

to align with the heart chakra. With this event, we also offered a heart chakra themed goodie bag to along with the event.

 

This unique way of balancing your chakra is a great form of self care and personal development. Looking forward to 2023 as it'll come with even deeper intention as we align these events with the upcoming lunar calendar. Getting Rooted

   

  I've been diving deep into self reflection lately in my life and have been working on assessing my very own energy points starting from the root or base of my spine. It brings me to want to learn even more since I became a certified crystal healer in February of 2021 and also even connecting to collaborate with subject matter experts in their field on how to align with a particular energy point or chakra. Did you know that creating a budget is also a great tool or habit to use to align with your abundance or prosperity mindset? And did you also know that clearing the clutter in your home or office works the same way?

 

Amazed at the amount of interest of our first event on June 14th, that we went ahead and scheduled a second event for

August 30th, Tuesday at 6PM PST | 9PM EST.
