My Heart Is As Full As The Moon

   As a facilitator of a creative healing space, my most favorite thing to see is the work that people put into their craft. On September 30th, we gathered for the Full Moon In Aries, and aligned our solar plexus chakra with a relaxing sound healing session from Christi of Sounds Like A Dream. The relaxing fun of a make and take began shortly after the sound healing session, and guided my guests to create these crescent moon crystal charms.

 

   We briefly discussed what we needed to let go during this Full Moon of Aries, optional to share of course, but during this lunar cycle, we aligned by letting go of what no longer serves you. During times of uncertainty, inflation, war, and whatever else the world is going through, for added peace and clarity we mindfully want to transform the mindset or create an outlet or space for creative self-care. 

 

   As a maker, blogger and certified crystal healer, self-healing has always been a part of my journey. Seeing others do the same helps me in my own self-healing journey. As my tribute to our daughter Trinity Marie and her continuation of spiritual life, I serve others in this creative way. My divine download five years ago is when it all started, visualizations of craft projects inspired by crystals continues to this day. I am never running out of ideas of what to create. So I might as well continue the work and at the same time love it with all my heart.

   As we approach October 15, it is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day. I hope that others see my light and are inspired to self-heal through my story. As a bereaved mom, I will continue to live my life in a way that as Trinity looks down from up above, I am always hopefully setting a good example.

A Spring Reiki Infused Make & Take Experience Hosted by Ninna Lu

Spring has sprung once again!

Join Marissa of Ninna Lu as we will begin this make & take experience with a ten minute Reiki group session with Daisy Chen, an animal communicator and 5D Reiki Master of Animal Mystic Daisy Chen.  

 

While you wait to screen-print a tree of life or lotus flower spiritual design, Sammi Capozzi will be simultaneously facilitating a virtual intuitive coloring activity mixed with Reiki along with a guided meditation via Zoom.  

 

For the Screen-Print Spiritual Art make & take experience you will:

 

Be standing while painting. 

Choose from 4-5 different paint colors.

Choose between the tree of life or lotus flower or BOTH.

Choose between a wood or canvas surface.

What is Reiki?

 

   Reiki is a form of energy healing that is gentle and powerful at the same time. A healing session uses positive energy called ki  (pronounced key) that is similar to the Chinese energy called chi.  Ki helps raise your vibration and correct any energetic defects or depletion. In addition, Reiki has its own intelligence and is attracted to specific areas of the body or energy layer it thinks needs the most healing.  The benefits of Reiki are many but mainly, Reiki reduces stress, instills relaxation and activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. This magnificent healing modality can also bring the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical components into balance and harmony. Reiki enhances the state of well-being and outlook on life. Ultimately, receiving Reiki leads to feeling happy, healthy and whole.

A Night of New Beginnings | A Unique Make & Take Experience

   We started off an amazing evening with a brief overview of The New Moon In Aquarius, with the Aquarius season being from January 20 to February 18. The new moon as we all know brings in new beginnings and what a great way to start off the new year by learning and experiencing something new. In this case, guests signed up to make and take a crescent moon crystal dreamcatcher. We also went around the room by introducing ourselves and verbally sharing our individual sign's New Moon In Aquarius affirmation as an ice breaker. And my favorite part of this event was not only the creating and designing your very own crystal dreamcatcher, but we also incorporated sound healing, a brief discussion on the history of dreamcatchers, as well as a resounding guided meditation.

Ninna Lu | First Make & Take Workshop of 2023

 

Happy New Year All!

Join me at Heart Craft Studio for my first workshop of 2023.

Join me on a Sunday evening, January 29th at 5:30pm to celebrate the upcoming New Moon of Aquarius and simultaneously align with your own root chakra.

We will begin the evening with a guided meditation, briefly discuss the history of dreamcatchers, and we will begin the make and take.

Create and design your very own ten inch crescent moon crystal dreamcatcher.

All materials for $44 are included:

Crescent moon, limited cords and fabric, and a pre-wire wrapped crystal of choice.

Once you are finished with your crystal wreath, you may

join us for a restorative yoga session that begins at 7pm (an additional fee applies).
