Hi there! It's been a while since my last blog post since back in the month of March. With the stress and anxiety of this pandemic we are currently dwelling in, we were engulfed in trying to transition from a daily freedom we once had, to having to transform our lifestyle significantly from social distancing from immediate family and close friends, to working from home, and just staying home in general. It has definitely opened my eyes that daily life luxuries can be impermanent and that the future can be uncertain. Never again will I take those small moments and freedoms for granted. It has me contemplating on what really matters in life and discovering that all I have to hold onto is love, hope and faith.
You can still make things happen and let it not be a waste, even during a pandemic.
While sheltered in place, we've been working on side projects for n i n n a l u i n s p i r e d. Before the crisis, I was about to get ready to join as a Maker at Folsom Sutter Street's Wolf Home Decor in April. While that was on hold, we continued to create in hopes that one day, things will reopen again.
I've also revamped my home office to be able to accommodate a wall full of healing stone wreaths. Also provided a storage space for all my craft supplies too. Follow me on Instagram @marissa_ludaily. Since my meditation corner was removed from our bedroom, I've moved it into the office as well. I never got rid of my CALM sign. If you missed it, here was a previous DIY.
Finally on May 23rd, 2020, the same day as Wolf Home Decor's re-opening, we were able to successfully set up Trinity's wreaths and desktop holders. All future in-person workshops will be held at Wolf Home Decor, the first event is on June 28th, Sunday from 3pm to 5pm. The address is 815 Sutter Street Folsom, CA 95630.
