Each year, the Sacramento Fine Arts Center showcases a fiber art show called a "Focus on Fiber". Here is a previously written blog post from June of 2013, Crafty Affairs. Being on vacation this week, it was perfect timing, as I was able to visit the exhibit again this year and share my favorites for 2016. My first immediate instinct is to touch the art as it's so remarkable and you can truly see the tremendous hard work of each talented artist. This exhibit ends on July 16, 2016 so ten more days to try and capture the uniqueness of the exhibit. It is free to attend and I was advised not to touch. Below are my seven favorites:
